Seller Payout Policy
As a marketplace platform, we collect payments from buyers on your behalf. Once an order is completed, we process and send your earnings according to the schedule below.

You'll be eligible for payout once the order is marked as shipped and the standard processing buffer has passed (usually 3-5 business days). This helps us reduce fraud and ensure smooth buyer transactions.
If an order is refunded or canceled before payout, the amount will not be included in your earnings. If a refund is issued after you've been paid, we may deduct the amount from your future payouts or request reimbursement.
